This helps me tailor everything to your specific needs so you can get the most benefit. I’ll also explain what to expect, so you feel fully comfortable and prepared.
Once we begin, I’ll guide you through a series of stretches on the massage table, combining assisted stretching with massage techniques. The goal is to help you stretch deeply, but it should never hurt. I’ll be checking in with you regularly to make sure everything feels good and that you’re comfortable.
